2. Course contents

Japanese lessons, Cultural activities and Guided tours of Kyoto

3. Course Period

The program basically runs twice a month, starting on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of every month (except December, January and May), and lasts 12 days at each program session. For December, it starts on the 1st Sunday of the month only. For January and May, it starts only on the 3rd Sunday of the month.

5. Eligibility

Participants must be 18 years or over on the commencement day of the program.
This program is targeted to beginners in Japanese.

6. Required documents

Please submit the application forms 30 days prior to the first day of the program.

7. Visa assistance

8. Application deadlines

The application should be submit at least 30 days prior to the first day of the program. Please apply directly through Kyo-Clue’s homepage

9. Payment method

Payment must be made via credit card or PayPal. Please make a single payment 30 days prior to the first day of the program..

10. Cancellation & amendment

You can make cancellation and/or with applicable fees as specified below. Cancellation fees (percentage of the program fee) and the time remaining before commencement date of the program are as follows.

Time remaining	30-15 days	14-3 days	2-1 days	0 day, or without notice
Cancellation fee	50%	70%	90%	100%

If you wish to change the date of the program, please inform us at least 15 days prior to the first day of the program. You will be charged 10,000 yen for this change. Cancellation fees will be assessed after this such a date. This change in the program date is valid for one year.
